Ranchita although is just 65 miles from downtown San Diego
it is located at 4000ft and gets snow every year.!
Rancheti was purchased by the Montezuma Valley Historical Society.
It stands in the heart of the only commercial district of Ranchita.
In the background is the Bill Wharton Community center.
